“The Legacy of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA)”

This panel (a companion to the lunchtime one at the NY Hilton)l will focus on what can be learned from CETA as a model for devising future strategies for arts funding. Howard Singerman, Chair of Art & Art History, Hunter College will lead the discussion; participants will include Tom Finkelpearl, NYC Commissioner of Cultural Affairs.
