OPEN CALL: The Holocenter is inviting NY artists that work in light to create and exhibit in Long Island City in October 2020. Artists will have an extended period to develop site specific work for a “dark space” exhibition, wherein all gallery lights will be switched off and all illumination will emanate from the artists’ work. Artists will receive a stipend and have access to the gallery space for at least two weeks prior to the exhibition.
