YCG Fine Art, in partnership with Streaming Museum, A Women’s Thing and the Time In Children’s Arts Initiative, presents:

BLISS: accessible at ycgfineart.com from 11/15/21-01/15/22

When was the last time you felt complete happiness—sheer BLISS? With so much disaster and hatred filling our newsfeeds, it’s easy to lose sight of what happiness is. Now more than ever, we owe it to ourselves and our communities to think about how to GENERATE and SHARE BLISS, and how to MOURN ITS ABSENCE.

BLISS is an online experience that asks an international group of artists to tell us through their work and words what complete happiness, or its loss, means to them.

We also want visitors to tell us about their bliss in the exhibition’s interactive journal: the BLISS BOOK, which will be turned into a physical book featuring images by the artists once the exhibition closes.

Our goal is to open a broader discuss of how happiness is defined by different people in these turbulent times, and through this conversation, to help promote well-being.

YCG Fine Art will be donating part of the proceeds from the BLISS experience to the Time In Children’s Arts Initiative, devoted to bringing the city’s most vulnerable kids out of underserved classrooms and into the world of the living arts.
