Dear Textile Artists,
We are looking for Textile Artists’ works for the September show!
Because the month of Sept. is Textile month in NYC, we were very much looking forward to start the fresh fall season with a wonderful textile/quilt show in September.
As expressed in our mission statement, the WAH Center bridges between, local, national and international art communities, but we still love to support our regional artists. Please read the mission statement: https://www.wahcenter.net/about/mission/
When the WAH Center presents the shows, we often exhibit some 2-D works on the walls and some 3-D works on the pedestals. Although the two different mediums share the same gallery space, they have to work harmoniously together, which makes the show very rich and interesting. And most of our shows have succeeded well in presenting the 2-D and 3-D works together in the same gallery. Luckily we have already found some excellent ceramic artists for the Sept. show.
Our gallery is very spacious and airy having high ceilings with full of light. We can have more than 50 artists in the show.
