Poster House, the first museum in the United States dedicated to the global history of posters, will host a discussion with Amos Paul Kennedy, Jr. on Friday January 26, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Poster House, 119 West 23rd Street in Manhattan. Tickets are free.
Amos Paul Kennedy, Jr. is one of the most prolific and lauded letterpress printers in the United States and is known for his distinctive, layered printing style and strong political and social commentary. In conversation with Poster House Chief Curator Angelina Lippert, Amos will discuss his process and approach to printmaking. Immediately following the talk, Amos will have a selection of posters available for purchase.
