Poster House, the first museum in the United States dedicated to the global history of posters, will offer free admission and family-friendly activities on Sunday, November 10 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Poster House, 119 West 23rd Street in Manhattan. Participants are invited to join Poster House’s Education Department for a day of fall family fun. • 10:00AM-11:00AM: Poster Tots
Children will visit two posters from Poster House’s exhibition Fantastical Streets: The Theatrical Posters of Boris Bućan and learn about colors through a hands-on activity where each participant will create an open-ended, take-home art project using various colorful materials. This program is intended for children ages 2 and 3 (accompanied by their adults).
• 10:00AM-12:00PM: Sticker Printmaking
Visit the Kids’ Gallery, located on the Lower Level of Poster House, and create your own collagraph prints using stickers and other collage materials!
