I’ve become fascinated with the sculpted nature of chairs and the visual force they project. I photograph them everywhere, work into the images, and render them in black and white to try to get to their essence.

These black and white chairs are amazingly powerful! Love them a lot. I like the simplicity and the graphic power of the chairs in the space. To me, it is very zen, to just stop and appreciate the sculptural forms and elegant lines of …… just a chair. Who knew?! Thanks, Diana, from the other Diana

This series became more eerie as the scroll continued…finally I thought of Whoever’s photos of old electric chairs & I half expected to see one at the end. (We’re under tornado warning all afternoon & evening today, so perhaps that had something to do with it)
