Washington Heights-Inwood & West Harlem artists can submit entries to the 2018 Uptown Arts Stroll poster contest at www.nomaanyc.org by the February 20, 2018 deadline for a chance to win $1,000. The Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance produces the Uptown Arts Stroll, a monthlong arts festival in June, from West 135th Street to West 220th Street in Manhattan.
